Apps: show only new or updated Apps by filtering it

Problem/Justification
Currently when you click on the button New/updated in Apps, you get almost all apps (about 145 currently) listed. So not really helpful there.

Impact
Clearer overview of which Apps are new and which are updated.

User Story
When you are able to select only Newly added Apps, it is easier to spot new interesting apps to try out.

So currently there is no filter for only New apps or only Updated apps in the New& Updated section.
