Emby 21.10 migration failed, issues are manual install

The migration of my emby failed with upgrading to 24.10.
I manually re-installed, but I have the following two issues;

  1. only starts if I check “Host Network” then I can asked by the nas.lan:9096 but https does not work.

  2. with “Host Network” enabled the service starts and is accessible i.e. streaming works, but the App status is stuck on deploying
