Help with Problem accessing through Wireguard

I have successfully managed and connected a Windows PC and the Server in different networks using WireGuard. However, I am unable to use the local IP address of the server to access it while connected (including WebUI, Apps web portal, File Explorer, etc.). It can only access the webUI by global IP. Is there any way to fix it?

Is System > General Settings > GUI > Web Interface IPv4 Address : set to 0.0.0.0 ?
Is System > Advanced Settings > Allowed IP Addresses sufficiently unrestricted ?

Are you using an ip address or a domain under your endpoint?

Have you a static public ip? I use duckdns because, freely and with a simple curl, i keep my DNS updated (my public ip Is not static).
