Jellyfin problems

hi i have tried reinstalling jellyfin app because i cannot find my videos, music and movies

when i login to jellyfin app i used the default for everything except i added additional storage

as in this picture below

can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong

When you attempt to add libraries in Jellyfin what do you see? Can you see the mount point?

(Dashboard > Libraries > Libraries > add library > folders)

Also you could the shell button:


(just an example from my portinaer instance)

And with that check the container’s file system (e.g.: ls -l /media/movies) to see if the folder is accessible and if the permissions make sense.

You can also confirm what is mounted and where with the folder button next to shell. A piccy of that would help if you can’t see the mount point when adding a library.
