Jellyfin stuck deploying after restart, startup probe failed

Twice now after restart my Jellyfin container is stuck Deploying after restart. I get the following error:

Startup probe failed: Get "http://172.16.2.46:8096/health": dial tcp 172.16.2.46:8096: connect: connection refused

No issues show up in the log, which you can see here: 2024-09-15 15:03:04.410903-04:00[15:03:04] [INF] [1] Main: Jellyfin version: 10. - Pastebin.com.

Last time I had to delete and reinstall and everything worked fine, but I’d rather not have to do this every time after restart. All 20 of my other apps work fine. Any assistance is appreciated!

Figured out that this seems to relate to a new home IP address from my ISP which causes a new bridge IP address (I think that’s the right term?) for the jellyfin container. I have no idea what to do about that though.
