Lost data on Disk

Hi

Some month ago i lost some folders on my Truenas scale
a couple of weeks ago i lost a complete disc so i turned off my server until i had time to try and save the rest of the data.

i decided today to try and install a clean truenas and so i did.
after the install i can see the lost folders again but i cant access them.

what do i do ?
any way to recreate them ?

Update. i can access them via Shell ! ?
trying at the moment to copy them to a working disc :-/
