Migrating to another array - Need advice

Currently planning on moving from a 4x20TB (18.1 usable) setup to a 4x22TB and then wanting to resilver the 4x20TB to another array. Raid-Z1 is the current setup on the 4x20TB.

What would be the best way to migrate to the new 4x22TB array and then resilver the 4x20TB array? Or am I going about this all wrong?
