The photo says “Alexandre,” and that’s my Synology NAS, which is working properly.
In the drop-down list, I don’t see my DIY NAS, which should appear, right?
“Unable to connect securely” isn’t the same as “unavailable.” Did you try clicking on “learn more” to, well, learn more? Like, perhaps, what the actual problem is?
Not sure if this is your problem, but I have always had more luck with setting the truenas setting to DHCP and then setting the IP address to be static on my router.
