Need to revive an old freenas box

Hi,

I have to revive a very old (circa 2017) Freenas unit. The setup as I recall was:
2x HDD ZFS mirror. The boot USB is not known to be functioning because the Atom ITX Server is VGA only. I cant find a monitor that will display a signal without being out of range.

What are my options here?
Can I port it all into new hardware with HDMI on the mobo?
If the boot usb is bad, can i create a new USB and if so will I need an older version of Freenas from the archives?

Many Thanks All,

What kind of motherboard is this ? If it has IPMI you can log in over the network and get a display output that way.

Its an Intel Atom. Unfortunately No IPMI

You can port it to a new system. And try to import the pool. Truenas CORE should be able to import the pool. Afterwards you have to set up all shares and users again.

So you can find the Core downloads easier.
