New pc not loading

Ok so I will admit I am not a programmer. But I have followed guides and had a working Truenas system.
But I was given a new tower that had a better processor and better layout for drives.
So I cloned the boot drive with all the settings and moved everything to the new unit.
powered it up and getting lots of weird errors.
Loader Varriables:
vfs.root.mountfrom=zfs:boot-pool/ROOT/13.0-U6.2
Abort manual input
mountroot>
panic: mountroot: unable to (re-)mount root.
cpuid = 6
time = 35
a bunch of back trace links
Stopped at kbd_enter+8x37: movq $0,8x141d8e(Xrip)
panic- running without device atpic requires a local APIC

Can anyone help me with this?
System is a Dell (same as before) tower.
i7 10th gen, 64gb ram, Boot is Samsung 970 evo m2, have 2-8tb 2-4tb drives with existing pools for media and backups.

I think the correct way would have been to save the current configuration backup. Fresh install on new server after moving all drives and then restoring the config backup

Ok I put things back into old unit and will install Scale as I am running into to many issues trying to get core installed and hearing it is EOL anyways.
ugg not how I wanted to spend time off…

Did you ever just try doing a reinstall on the newer server and restoring the saved configuration?

Yeah but couldn’t get the bios to install from USB. the PC is just being a pain.
