I am running Truenas 25.10.4 - Goldeye. For several days it has said there is a Nextcloud app update. When I select update I get the message below. When I click update on that window it stops the Nextcloud server then nothing happens even thought it still says update available. I have to manually restart the Nextcloud server. Shortly later the update message comes back. Over the days other apps have needed an update too and they work so it must be specific to Nextcloud.
I found the problem. In the settings it needs to have Webui port binding set to none.
