I want to share data from one truenas to another truenas using syncthing application. I created one folder to share dataset on syncthing application, but no folders and files of dataset are scanned. How do I fix the problem?

If you can post pictures of your app config, especially of your storage config. My guess is that you either did not map the storage correctly, or that permissions are wrong and you can’t see the data.
well you only created a hostpath for the config, but did not map additional storage to the container. It’s no wonder it can’t see anything…
You skipped the step of adding additional storage
