[Not Accepted] Add comment to network alias

Problem/Justification
I lose track of what each alias is assigned to.

Impact
No user impact simply a way to keep track of alias use

User Story
I use aliases to tie apps to a ip address. It would be nice if in the gui that there was a way to comment what each alias is used for.
