Permanent Error Question

I had a NAS server have major problems (ended up being the motherboard and the power supply) and had to rebuild my server. A few of the files had permanent errors that were some videos I just deleted then. I still get these errors (MainNAS is my pool) for these 3 files. I have no clue what they are, if they are important or how to delete them (if I can).

errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:

        MainNAS/.system/netdata-18223eeaa8704d9bbd5b2bfcbad77410:/dbengine-tier1/datafile-1-0000000083.ndf
        MainNAS/.system/netdata-18223eeaa8704d9bbd5b2bfcbad77410:/dbengine/datafile-1-0000000589.ndf
        MainNAS/.system/netdata-18223eeaa8704d9bbd5b2bfcbad77410:/dbengine/journalfile-1-0000000589.njf

So I just need to know if they are ok to delete and if yes, how?

Thank you in advance.

Those files are located in the system dataset. It’s mounted at /var/db/system/
