Phantom failed backup task

I’m running the latest Truenas Scale version 24.10.0.2. For the past few weeks my dashboard has been telling me there is a failed backup task, but there is no notification detailing the failure, nor does the Data Protection tab show any failures. I attached screenshots showing this. I also have all the right snapshots in the right locations, both local and at replication targets.

Is this a Truenas bug? If not, what logs should I be looking at grabbing for debugging?

Hope this doesn’t sound like dumb question but not clear in your post…
Is your replica target data there and validated as restorable?

Sorry I had intended to indicate that by saying the snapshots are there at the replication targets, I didn’t word it very clearly. Yes, I can clone a recent replicated snapshot to a new dataset and access the data inside.
