Really Dumb question re Electric Eel & Docker

I have a test server - its got a boot-pool and a single disk 120GB pool (TestPool) for testing with. The system dataset is on TestPool

I have installed Portainer using the Apps - its up and running
I also have jailmaker installed - to see if it works - it does

But where is it? There is no dataset and no hidden folders that I can see (ls -a). So where is docker storing files and thus how do I go about backups / snapshots, space management etc

Am I being dumb?

There is no /var/lib/docker (for example)

There is an invisible dataset called “ix-apps” on your pool.

You can see it mounted as /mnt/.ix-apps in the shell
