I have 4x6Tb SAS disks in RAIDZ1. As i do not need such capasity(atm), is it possible to pull one disk out without loosing data in the pool ?
Short answer no.
Longer answer yes, but you loose all your redundancy. For practical purposes, it becomes a striped, (and degraded), pool.
ZFS is not the most flexible RAID out their and does not support shrinking RAID-Zx vDevs. The only way to do this and maintain redundancy, is backup, re-build and restore.
