REPLACE soft key doesn't work

Good morning,
I'm having a problem replacing a failed disk on Truenas 13.
Pull Z2 12x8TB HHD
The failed disk on da11 was no longer visible; it was replaced with a new one with the same specifications (8 TB). Now it's visible in the pool status and shows OFFLINE.
So when I try to REPLACE, it appears in the list of available drives. I select it, the blue REPLACE button lights up, the mouse pointer becomes a little hand, but clicking the REPLACE button doesn't do anything.
The same thing happens when selecting FORCE.
Can you give me some advice?
