Replacement capacity not realized

So, I upgraded my array off 3TB ST3000DM001 disks - High Failure Rate → Wikipedia

I bought a bunch cheap of 4TB SMKR4000S5xeN7.2 used off ebay. Hey they may have 40khours on them, but they are ultimately still more reliable!

The array now reports a uniform: 1 x RAIDZ2 | 8 wide | 3.64 TiB
Usable Capacity: 15.38 TiB
Available: 6.95 TiB

I issued a scrub last night, but no change in usable capacity. Online calculator states it should now be ~20TiB

What am I overlooking?

Ok. Yet again feeling a bit dumb for this original post. There was a great big EXPAND button that explained what it was a bout to do when I clicked it.
