Scrutiny failing at startup

My scrutiny installation was running fine for a while and suddenly did not start up anymore (ElectricEel-24.10.1) already removed the app, re-installed it and tried all downgraded versions with the same result. Here’s what’s in the log.
Any ideas, how to troubleshoot?

info: service s6rc-oneshot-runner: starting
s6-rc: info: service s6rc-oneshot-runner successfully started
s6-rc: info: service fix-attrs: starting
s6-rc: info: service fix-attrs successfully started
s6-rc: info: service legacy-cont-init: starting
cont-init: info: running /etc/cont-init.d/01-timezone
s6-sudoc: fatal: unable to get exit status from server: Operation timed out
s6-rc: fatal: timed out

EDIT: Resolved - looks like the raidz2 expansion running in the background kept the disks too busy, causing the timeout above. Expansion finished and it started up without a problem.
