I’ve just moved one of my NAS’ from Unraid to TrueNAS. I’ve been keeping an eye on what’s happening with TrueNAS, but I only installed it a year ago and played with it. Since then, I read about the decrecation of TrueCharts and the support for Compose. When I click the “Custom App” button I get an error. Is this supposed to work or is this broken due to the aforementioned decrecation of TrueCharts? This is a fresh install so thought I’d check. Everything else works great.
Did you set a pool for your apps first?
I’m not seeing any issue with using Custom App on my end. Maybe try refreshing your catalog and then try again?
Yes. I’m already running Plex on it. It’s just for the Custom Apps.
I did not even notice that refresh option and the apps were populating, but that was the issue. Glad it was simple and thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
