Struggling to install scale on Dell T140 server

I have a few year old Dell PowerEdge T140 server which I am trying to repurpose with TrueNAS scale. It took me a few tries with etcher and Rufus to get a bootable ISO the dell would recognize. Once I got past that hurdle, the install seems to die after the bootable USB verifies the install package, at which point I get a grub issue and it goes into grub rescue.

I cant seem to get past this. Anyone have any ideas ?

Perhaps change the headline to Dell T140 Grub issue and then capture the actual screen messages.

Grub has its own challenges… do a search on those. UEFI is recommended.
