In the plex menu should be an field in the network sections where you can insert your local ip range for plex to consider it “local”. I’ve switched to jellyfin a long time ago but i remember i had to set that for plex to directlay on local devices.
I tried doing that and the server is still saying remote but im getting direct play so semi win so far. lets see how long it holds up. thank you
