I once used to have AsRock (non-Rack = consumer) MB as well and did not have positive feelings about it. It was a āmarket matureā product (had a few BIOS updates released already, not something just released) and still had some obvious BIOS bugs in it. In that case I just returned it and took ASUS board instead.
ROMED6U-2L2T has may such obvious BIOS bugs as well but most I was able to workaround/find solutions myself (were also reported to Asrock Rack support with zero response). But only this IPMI thing remains unresolved.
