Clean install of 24.10.0 results in "cannot import ‘boot-pool’ : no such pool available"

Looks like another user experiencing the same here:

I tried the workaround. I tried installing Truenas on the same two boot-pool and has been a disaster. After rebooting there was no way to get into the system.
