Got a thumbdrive laying around? Copy it to that then pop that in Truenas, or scp the files to it. Filezilla supports sftp (ftp over ssh), you can drag and drop files to your server once you get that sorted. Or you can use scp commands to send files…plenty of google info on that, not much in my brain.
