Hello,
I have 4 Dell R730xd’s with 24 1TB drives in each of them. I would like to know if it is possible to create/link all of them together to create one large pool or vdev?
If it is possible, what considerations would I need to make?

No trurnas doesn’t support clustering
Is there any way to cluster these together to make it a large data pool?
Search for a different OS that can do clustering
No, not between servers.
As these are full on servers and not a DAS, that can be directly connected to a server to show the drives as if they are local.
Anything you do as noted would be creating a cluster, where each server is considered its own separate device and using things like load balancing or other methods to make them redundant, but you can not manage them all as 1 single TrueNAS system.
