Problem/Justification
Add raidz options for Metadata vdev. The options for stripe and mirror are too limited, especially if you want to use the Metadata vdev for storage. Adding raidz would give more flexibility.
The ability to prioritize spares for a vdev such as use disk A first, disk B second and so forth.
Impact

The feature would give users more options for planning out their metadata drive structure and allow for planned redundancy in case of drive failures. Disadvantage would be limited to users ability for planning.

They could use metadata disk arrangements to maximized ssd life, capacity, and/or redundancy.
