Activate 2FA - No validation

Today, I have activated 2FA on my TrueNAS Scale (Dragonfish-24.04.0) and it worked.

BUT there is no validtion /conformation, so you can be shure BEFORE you log in next time that your 2FA Codes are valid. I do not like that.

→ Maybe at the “User Two-Factor Authentication Actions” add a box for checking if the current 2FA is valid and force to check it one time if the QR Code worked one the phone side :slight_smile:

It’s not a matter of tags, it’s a matter of the category you posted in. Moved. Well, never mind, I apparently can’t move posts to that category any more. Maybe a mod can do it, or maybe you need to start a new topic there.
