Add ability to rename datasets

Problem/Justification
Currently the only way to rename datasets is via the CLI using zfs rename , it would be nice to have a button to do that in the gui.

Impact
A button to rename/move datasets will be able to perform the function of zfs rename.

User Story
Instead of having to open the shell and renaming datasets that way you would be able to perform that action via the GUI.

I assume renaming a datasets brings subsequent configuration pains. I suggest getting the name right the first time :stuck_out_tongue:

Surprisingly the GUI picks up on those changes immediately, of course things like paths of shares and backup targets would have to adjusted.
