There are a good amount of X10SDV-4C-TLN2F available on ebay right now out of China for around 250 USD. 4C/ 8T Xeon D-1521 Dual 10G Ethernet 6x SATA3 1x m.2 DDR4 RDIMM ECC ASPEED BMC/IPMI PCIe 3.0x 16 (4x4x4x4 possible) Just picked one up
