There is no apps listed but are active in background.
Any ideas why are not showing in UI?
All apps are custom
Proper reboot didn’t help
i’ve also tried to again choose apps pool
and check apps network config
The apps gui does some caching, have you tried a force refresh with shift+f5?

Tip for Google browser caching especially:
Right click on your browser screen and click Inspect. This opens a side panel with information on that screen. With this open
Right click on the browser refresh button and select Hard Reset.
This never fails to clear a cache issue when the Shift + F5 or Ctrl + F5 don’t do the trick.
Close the side panel.
