Apps dissapeared after update to Electric Eel & Catalog Empty

Hi all,

Not an expert at all at truenas, I just updated today from DragonScale to ElectriEel and all the apps I had were from the official repository of truenas. After the update, all my apps are gone and when I go to install something from the repo I get this error

What can I do to fix this?

ok so the repository is now updating after 3 reboots, i’m now installing the apps again.
But to be fair, I am a bit dissapointed seing how on the truenas updates it’s clearly stated that the applications will mostly migrate especially if there are from the orriginal repo and no 3rd party one…so guess what, none of the following apps were migrated:

Adguard-home
ddns-updater
emby
filebrowser
frigate
plex
qbittorrent

Furthermore, my shares were not encryped as I saw most of the replies out there.
