From what I’ve read, my apps should migrate automatically, but they all disappear after upgrading. All apps are from the TrueNAS catalog, not TrueCharts. After the upgrade, the App service is not configured, and I need to go in and specify the pool (I only have one). I do that and the apps service starts running, but it still does not see my apps, even after a restart. I was able to install a new app with no issues.
You’ve missed the migration deadline of June 1st. There no more automatic migration

You have to manually migrate all of your apps now that the automigration is gone.

No
While I don’t know of any guides, the general idea is to go into the catalog and choose the apps you had and point them to the datasets you setup for the dragonfish apps. Also choosing the same settings of course.
It should then hopefully just start up. You might have issues with any updates pushed between when you last updated and the current version, but hopefully it should work.
