Apps not starting Golderneye 25.10.1

Hi, went to update my apps and once i did now none of them will start. i get error.

[EFAULT] Failed ‘up’ action for ‘tiny-media-manager’ app. Please check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log for more details

Here is the error log. Any help is much appreciated. I have even tried reinstalling the app with the same error.

Fixed attached screenshots of log. To add i cannot send myself email from the test email inside the general settings
