Backup large files > 1 GB; Failed to copy: 400 Bad Request

I’am copying files from a Microserver with Truenas to files space in the cloud for backup reasons. On the cloudserver operates Nextcloud under a Webdav protocol. All files are copied well, except files larger than 1 GB. In the Truenas logfile I find ‘Failed to copy: 400 Bad Request’. Has this to do with an option in Truenas or are there restrictions on the Nextcloud side?
