I recently signed up to bitdefender gravityzone after previously using eset, comodo and kaspersky on both windows and linux clients. I have also used clamav.
I was surprised when i run a scan on a number of the machines and the data stored on the nas via smb.
I number of infections showed up in word docs from 2009 and some windows driver files masked in dmiedit. none of these other systems has discovered this.
I am wondering if there is a way to install the bitdefender agent for linux on truenas, so it is more efficient to protect the nas from storing infected files. is discovering infections not previously recognized
