I am in process of trunking my interfaces for TrueNAS - creating 2x2 LACP trunks for VMs and Apps. Trunks do come up and act normal, on the GUI though interfaces that are part of trunks are displayed as down. Cosmetic but irritating (unless I am missing something)
Known issue - same thing here.
