Boot pool cksum error

That’s what the config backup is for.

As for what to do, take an SSD along and ideally a new USB/SATA bridge.

Actually, you might be able to get SMART data out of the SSD, with smartctl - X /dev/whatever. That might be informative.

The config backup will save for plex, all arr, nextcloud, and so on? It will be great if is doing like that.

Unfortunately no smart information from sdd3 (boot pool)

The config save is just that: a config save. All your data is NOT on the boot drive, so it remains on the other pools when you reinstall TrueNAS… uploading the configuration backup basically tells the new drive/clean OS “here is my stuff, exactly as it was left”.
Given your situation, I suggest you a reading of Highly Available Boot Pool Strategy | TrueNAS Community.

Thanks. Learning every day something new. I’m just begginer and everytime I learn when it requires

A LSI is the only safe solution if you need more SATA ports than the mother provides. Do not mind the power draw.
@Stux has documented that ASM1166 is not a reliable controller.

Only documented that it requires a heat sink. This is something discussed in the port multiplier problems post

transistors generate heat, meaning that many critical components in a computer have a heatsink to help dissipate the heat. Many cheap SATA controllers lack the heatsink, and if the airflow and surface area available are insufficient to dissipate the heat

Which comes down to the specific brand of card, as others do come with heatsink.

LSI HBAs also require sufficient airflow, but you’re correct, the only “safe” solution, assuming you get a non counterfeit one.
