Not sure I know what you mean, there is no enterprise license required to deploy applications.

Bind server to be able to manage the DNS zones of a domain and that this domain is resolved.
How is it done?
In 24.10.# TrueNAS SCALE you can either run those as Apps (which are now based on Docker), specifically Custom Apps, or in a virtual machine inside TrueNAS, which is handled by kvm.
What makes you think this? What makes you think these applications exist for TrueNAS in the first place? These questions aren’t rhetorical; you’re bringing some underlying assumptions that don’t appear to be true and I’m trying to determine where they come from and what other incorrect assumptions you may be bringing to the table.
SCALE 24.10 lets you deploy whatever you want via Docker Compose, but none of these exist in the applications catalog.

Directly on TrueNAS SCALE itself by adding packages to the base image - no.
But as mentioned you can deploy custom Docker containers (either pre-existing or defined by yourself), stand up a VM using any Linux distribution you like, or deploy a custom systemd-nspawn container using the community jlmkr “Jailmaker” script.
