Can access applications from LAN but not from WAN

Hello, I have a problem accessing my apps from WAN
Everything works correctly and I can open the pages of all the apps from LAN
But after doing the port configuration, I can’t access it from the WAN. The problem occurred after switching from bluefin to cobia. The problem is not the configurations of my network devices, as I have other servers and I tested with the same services and ports and everything works fine. Any idea what it could be?

Are you straight-out forwarding ports on your router to allow remote access without the use of VPN?

Do not do that.
