Can't find App container

After TrueCharts had gone, old Apps from it are still running, but I can’t determine which container images they use. For example, I have a dashdot app, in workloads I see sha256 of it, but in the list of all containers there is no one with such sha256 (sorted by name). How to find it? I want to get rid of all not needed containers, but can’t determine which are still used and which are obsolete.

If you’re looking at the ix-application dataset it’s not used by any app electric eel. Apps in EE use the hidden /.ix-apps dataset. The ix-application dataset is only a backup in case you need to roll back to dragonfish

I’m looking inside Apps → Settings → Manage Container Images

Currently I’m using 24.04, after updating any TrueNAS App I see a new container image. So it doesn’t look like it is some sort of backup, but I may be wrong. Can I remove all these containers?

All the un-tagged containers are, as far as I know, old unused container images.
Leftovers from old versions.

Current containers have a tag.

I regularly clean up untagged containers and have done so for 1 - 2 years, with no obvious downside.

Thanks, I did it and nothing bad happened even after I restarted Apps.
