I cant post images or links in this forum. I already tried to do the tutorial with the bot and completed it but this also didnt grant me the permission to do so.
Am I the only one with this problem?
No; I just tried to make my first post but cannot. The forum rules state
Keep the language, links, and images safe for family and friends.
So it should be possible. Nowhere can I see the criteria for actually being able to, though.
The automated SPAM rules (not mine) will not let anyone post links until you have a few normal posts under your belt. It is a preventive measure to mitigate spam-bots, and it has helped tremendously. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You made a good point, I will ask to see if the Forum Rules could be updated to list some of the posting criteria/limitations.

The system bot that sends PMs here about trust levels etc. and gaining privileges links to the Discourse defaults (which I can’t relink due to the above 
), but either the defaults have changed since then or the TrueNAS forum does not use them (TL0 users can apparently post up to 1 image and up to 2 hyperlinks).
Edit: @besen I am able to post at least 1 image and 1 link now, as a TL1 user who had made 2 prior posts.
Thanks. Could you also consider allow listing Truenas and ixsystem domains for new users? Linking to the old forum or documentation should always be possible imho.
This is not my decision, I am just a mear moderator and have no authority on how the forums are run. I’m just the local police, trying to make sure people place nice. iXsystems maintains the forum. But I have made the request, it could take awhile for something to change, assuming they desire to change it.
If I could get iXsystems to do what I want, my life would be so much easier right now, but I just don’t have that kind of power.
