Cloud Sync questions GDrive

I have a question about cloud sync tasks. I’m running one now and its from a google business drive. They have a limit of 250gb/day still I believe. When the task starts getting errors that it’s over the limit will it just keep trying until the limit it reset and resume? I’m using the copy function but now see if you rerun it that it will just start over and overwrite. Should I instead use the sync function? I just started it so if I have to change it’s not a big deal.
