Cloudsync/rclone true dry run?

Is there a way to really test a cloudsync? Do a true dry run with the detailed output of what would happen? Docs say the dryrun option in the GUI only does a connection test?

Seems the stdout is swallowed by truenas when running any of these tasks.

I see the file times are not kept (no -M from what I see) and I want to make sure rclone doesn’t try to overwrite/update every file based upon different modtime on every run.
