Constant Jellyfin issues with TrueNAS Scale

Hi Everyone

Newbie and first time here on the forum, so please be polite!

I have Jellyfin installed on my TrueNAS SCALE server and I’m using the app to stream media to my smart TV (which has Android TV).

I believe I got everything configured right, but for whatever reason Jellyfin keeps crashing too often and I can’t even see two episodes in a row without having an issue. It’s really upsetting and I need some help here please

Here’s my recent Kubernetes events log immediately after having this issue again:

Please help me, I can’t figure this out! :man_facepalming:

Please post what version of SCALE you have. Apps is undergoing a big change and some versions have reported assorted issues with apps.

Dragonfish-24.04.2

I suggest you open a Jira ticket on this one. Download your debug file, attach using the private file attachment link sent to you after you create the NAS issue ticket, link the private upload to the NAS ticket. This allows us to keep your data private and keep the issue ticket public.
