Crafty-4 creds don't work

The app notes indicate that the server username is admin and that the password is found in /crafty/app/config/default-creds.txt. I can load the app’s web UI and enter the username and password. It also asks for an authenticator code if MFA is enabled. I have not enabled MFA since I haven’t logged into the server yet, so I just hit the Log In button, and then I get the error “Incorrect username, password, or MFA”.

I tried using the “Forgot Password” button, but this just refers me back to the default-creds.txt file whose contents have not changed, and I’m still not able to log in.

What’s the secret to getting logged in for the first time?
