I am getting alerts two of three times a day.
“Device: /dev/sdi [SAT], Read SMART Error Log Failed.”
Pool shows as is still healthy.
Do I need to replace the disk?

Pool healt Is a different thing, but a drive that fail smart test have high chance to fail soon.
What you must do Is check your drive health, share the smart output for a better understand
I haven’t come across this before, and internet research doesn’t give much help, but here’s my take.
Some people have said that they experienced this temporarily, so it may not indicate any sort of permanent issue. Someone else said this might be a consequence of a minor SATA power cable or PSU issue.
If it were me, my first action would be to run a smartctl -x
command to try to retrieve the SMART data including the error log and see what you get. You can also run a SMART SHORT test on the drive to see whether the firmware gives an error.
If the SHORT test works fine, I might then schedule a system power off for a minute in order to restart the firmware execution on the drive and see if that fixes it.
If a reset doesn’t fix it I would be tempted to swap out the drive on the basis that a complete firmware failure would mean a dead drive - and I would probably want to do a drive replacement on my own schedule rather than as a reactive urgent action.
P.S. If you haven’t already done so, you should implement @joeschmuck 's Multi-Report script as it is an order of magnitude better at monitoring drive health than native TN.

Nothing is jumping out on me to indicate a fault.
I have 2 backup HDD’s so I am prepared if it does fail.
Just got a new error
Device: /dev/sdj [SAT], Read SMART Error Log Failed.
I think this is an indication that the Motherboard SATA controller might be the problem.
Another possibility is this started to happen after I upgraded TrueNAS to the latest version.
New alerts:
Current alerts:
Actually your drive have a lot of Raw_Read_Error_Rate
and UDMA_CRC_Error_Count
that shouldn’t be ignored, but that doesn’t mean his faulting.
Plus, i see that only short test are performed.
What I would do:
I have tried to run Long smart tests on both drives running in the background. Progress stops at 0% an the log says the tests where aborted.
Have you try with the other things mentioned?
I have re-seated the SATA connectors and have not had any new Smart logging errors for 24 hours. I am also running Smart long tests via the system shell since it just aborts when I try to do it in the GUI. Should that fail, I will order a new SATA cable.
The UDMA errors are an issue. If they do not increment then it is not an issue but rather an old cinnectivity issue. The raw read rate errors are typical for Seagate drives. Subtract FFFFFFFF (4294967295) to get the real value of errors for thr rate. I think that is the value. I’m mobile after the hurricane.
