Disk already in the pool reported as avaliable to add to the pool

I have update to electril eel (and everything works correctly, zero issues, noticed that system now uses about 36W more power and average cpu temperature is cca. 15C higher than previously which I need to investigate later).

(moment I upgraded is noticable in the graph)

But, something interesting happened, I have added external USB disk.
General idea behind this is to make offline backup, buy few large disks, weekly insert one of the disks in usb cradle, make replication and store it offline (manual process but cost effective, looking for better ideas if any).

As a test/proof of concept, I have used single disk which I had laying around and this disk was recognized correctly. I have created “Backup pool” which includes this single disk. Created replication tasks of one of my VMs and voila, works.

But, I noticed that the system allows me to add one more disk, and this is the very same disk which is already in the pool (only one of 150gb I have).

I guess this is likely a bug. Any ideas on what to do to prove it is a bug and report it.

See screenshot:

p.s. this does not create a problem for me

Could it be an ongoing scrub?

Not that I can see. I did update pool to new zfs version (nothing else changed).

What I can see is that average system CPU usage is now at about 0.3 and used to be about 0.15 before update.

There is nothing new installed and no changes in truenas hardware.
I did change SFP+ module from optical DAC to regular sfp+, and I did add external USB (which I fully disconnected now to see if that was the reason).

Here is a view from truenas reporting:
