Error message when using a network proxy to request an https page

My computer cannot connect to the Internet properly, so I set up a network proxy. When I create a new container → select an image → browse the directory, the following error appears.

After investigation, I found that the aiohttp library in Python causes this problem when using a proxy to request an https page. Is there a solution?
